Dear People of Earth,
This last week was my very first Mission Conference. It was
the first time that our Mission President has had a Mission Conference, which
was an amazing experience having Elder Campos presiding. He gave trainings
about how we are edifiers of ward and branches and that we are the message. I
know that he has true apostolic authority which I felt. This weekend also was
our Teresina Horto Stake Conference, which had Elder Grau there. He was also
sensational, bearing powerful testimony of various miracles in his life. These
men are called of God.
This week we´re going to Codó, an interior city with a newer
branch. It´s a wonderful city with a lot of potential. Also, this last week the
city Santa Inês opened up for the preaching of the Gospel in Maranhão. There´s
many miracles happening, with 4 member families already living there (that were
discovered as the missionaries arrived without notice). There´s already various
families investigating the Church and a wonderful "Church Chapel" has
been established. It´s exciting to see the mission here grow in new ways. Soon
there will be a new zone, Maranhão Zone.
My message of the week is based on just that.
