Dear People of Earth,
This transfer I´m here with good ol´ Elder Polson. I lived
with him for 4 months in São Luis and now he´s officially my companion. The
change was very natural because he´s already a good friend of mine. As seen in
the photos, we made guacamole sandwiches, which was wonderfully relaxing and
healthy. We had lunch with Irmã Dos Santos with a massive plate of lasagna.
Also, my Missionary Tag that I´ve been using since the beginning of mission
split down the middle. When the bishop from Taquari gave me a hug this Sunday,
it just couldn´t take the love.
This Friday will be our Mission Conference with Elder
Campos. I´m really excited, because I know our Mission needs this Conference.
There´s so much progress that needs to be made. I believe that he´ll tell it as
it is instead of giving a pat on the head. The truth is best medicine there is.
He spoke in a devotional to the members here which shook the roof. This week
will be wonderful.
As I studied this morning, I loved the simplicity and power
of this simple scripture in Mosiah:
12 But wo, wo unto him who knoweth that he rebellethagainst God! For salvation cometh to none such except itbe through repentance and faith on the Lord Jesus Christ.
